ROUND 1 BUCKLE SERIES - INFORMATION - PLEASE READ & FOLLOW THESE STEPS TO KEEP EVERYONE HEALTHY.

The GH&RA Round 1 event will be going ahead as planned unless the government update the guidelines for public gatherings. QLD Health have advised if under 500 people we just need to operate with a High level of hygiene and follow the advice.

1. Clean your hands regularly with soap and water or alcohol-based hand rubs. 2. Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue or bent elbow when coughing or sneezing. 3. Avoid touching your face, nose and mouth. And avoid shaking hands. 4. Stay home if you are unwell. 5. Avoid contact with anyone who is unwell – try to stay 1.5m away from anyone coughing or sneezing. # If you have traveled or been in contact with someone who has please do not attend our event. If you are not feeling well please do not attend our event. # If you are unsure if you wish to attend due to family circumstances please advise nominations@gympiehorseandrodeoassociation.com.au by Thursday 19 March so we can cancel and refund your noms. Draws will then be done on posted on Thursday. #GROUNDS WILL NOT BE OPEN UNTIL 12PM ON FRIDAY DUE TO CLEANING OF TOILETS IN PROGRESS! Please don’t steal the toilet paper! #OFFICE WILL HAVE RESTRICTED ACCESS SEE BELOW TIMES OF OPERATION FOR EACH COMPETITION. Please do not enter the Office.

Paperwork will be received via the window at the side for the specified comp, please do not come to the window if you are not riding in the specified comp.

Have all your forms pre-filled. There will be no pens.

4pm till 5pm Friday - Cutting & Camping

7am till 8am Saturday - Beginners/ Junior Beg/ Junior competitors

10am till 12pm Saturday - Novelty event &2 person Team Penning Competitors& Camping

7am – 8am Sunday - Open competitors
