Fundraiser Weekend ... Update

As the Covid-19 Restrictions have been eased we are now able to have spectators and family members attend and camp at the events.

Please be aware the large grass arena will NOT be available for camping as the Novelty Day on Sunday will be using that arena.

If you are not feeling well or have a cough, sore throat, fever or fatigue, please stay home.

If you have travelled from overseas or a Covid-19 hotspot in the last 14 days, please do not attend.

Social Distancing still needs to be maintained, this includes in camping areas, canteen, grandstands & toilets. Please keep 1.5m apart when queuing.

GATES WILL OPEN on FRIDAY at 12 midday. The Office will NOT be open over the weekend,

ALL DOCUMENTS NEED TO BE HANDED IN AT THE GATE.

Please record all people who are attending on the COVID attendee form which will also be on our FB page emailed to members. Horse Health Decs will also be required at the gate.

There will be someone at the gate collecting forms and letting each vehicle through once these have been checked.

** Novelty Event are not at capped numbers now, so if you want to ride Sunday please nominate by Tuesday 7th July.**

All nominations for the weekends events & memberships must be prepaid and payments are due by Wednesday 8th July.

Canteen will be Open Saturday for Breakfast & Lunch
